However, the ring molds briquette machine output is higher, but it can generally only produce square or cylinder shape plastic briquettes from 15 mm to 32 mm, with a maximum size of no more than 40.

The density of briquette produced only with plastic waste generally does not exceed 1g/cm3, especially when processing soft plastic. The plastic briquette diameter is generally from 20 mm to 40 mm, the length is adjustable, and the density is adjustable according to the briquette application. The plastics can be mixed with other wastes, such as wood sawdust, waste paper, iron sand, etc. Such production lines need to be customized based on your project requests.

PRE-TREATMENT TO THE WASTE PLASTIC

Waste plastics mainly come from the screening process of city waste or industrial waste, and generally contain a certain proportion of waste paper, textiles, or wood waste. Secondary screening and cleaning maybe not be needed if no special requests. It can be directly briquette after shredding.
