The diameter of paper briquettes typically ranges f
rom 25 mm to 60 mm, while paper pellets usually have a diameter between 6 mm and 10 mm. These products are manufactured by different equipment. For making good density waste paper briquettes, the paper needs to be small size, generally not exceeding 50 mm. However, to produce paper pellets, the paper must be crushed to a size smaller than 10 mm. The finer the paper is crushed, the higher the output efficiency of the pellet machine.
When producing waste paper pellets, a flat-die pellet machine is commonly used, as it allows waste paper to enter the molding chamber more efficiently, improving overall production efficiency.
PRETREATMENT TO THE WASTE PAPERS
Waste paper and cardboard are generally large in size, but their moisture content is typically low, so they only need to be crushed to produce pellets.
