The composition of unclassified city waste is very complex, especially in developing countries. In real life, most of the combustibles in domestic waste cannot be fully utilized. Most of the waste is incinerated and landfilled. This causes a waste of resources and contaminates soil and water resources. The garbage briquetting machine provides new possibilities for exploring garbage disposal.
Domestic waste needs to be processed before making into briquettes. In theory, the moisture of domestic waste is no more than 25%, and the size is within 50 mm (fiber materials and soft materials, hard materials like wood are generally within 10 mm). At the same time, it cannot contain stone and iron parts. Therefore, crushing and preliminary screening are generally required to remove metal parts, sand, and gravel in the pretreatment stage. The remaining combustible waste, such as paper, waste textile, rubber, plastic, biomass materials, etc., can be pressed into RDF briquettes. Further screening is required to screen out all soft plastics if you want to use soft plastics to make briquettes only. Such briquettes have a very high calorific value, reaching more than 5,000 kilocalories.
For the MSW plastic garbage briquette machine, there are currently two types on the market, one is ring-die briquetting machine and the other is a stamping-type RDF briquetting machine. Then why do stamping-type briquetting machines run more stable? The main reasons are as follows
The MSW RDF briquetting production line configuration is decided by the waste composition, but the front-end process is the same as an ordinary waste recycling plant including the shredding and screening section, but the following processes are different.
The current main use of garbage-derived fuel briquettes is to supply power plants and cement plants for combustion to generate electricity. The briquette has a lower moisture content, so the average calorific value is higher, and because of its high density, transportation costs are greatly reduced. Furthermore, solid waste garbage briquettes provide the possibility for garbage gasification to generate electricity. Compared with ordinary garbage, high-density briquettes can be burned in a gasifier for a longer time.

In the video, we install and debug two domestic waste-derived fuel briquettes for a customer. This customer is a landfill, but as the landfill is overloaded, they began to explore new ideas for waste disposal.
According to the production lines we are currently running, there are a few points you need to pay special attention to
It can compress a variety of garbage, and the biggest advantage of this machine is that you can adjust the compression ratio at your site according to the material. The design principles of other machines cannot meet this requirement.
It works, but the production cost is much higher, because the smaller the diameter, the higher cost in the crushing stage. You can send us photos of the materials first, and we will give suggestions based on our experience.
This depends on which country you are in and whether our customer agrees. We will try our best.
This depends on the output and the diameter of the pellets or briquettes you make. Generally, the price of pellet machines is lower than that of briquette machines. You are welcome to contact us to get a waste-to-energy RDF pellet and briquette machine proposal.
