The compression ratio of the industrial briquetting machine is adjustable with a die heating system. BRIQUETTE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Industrial briquetting machines do not have strict requirements on the size and moisture of raw materials like other briquetting machines. It still needs to meet the basic request. Usually, the maximum hard materials size does not exceed 10-20 mm, and the soft material size should not exceed 30-40 mm maximum. The actual situation is based on the specific material. The moisture is not higher than 20-25%. If the raw material size and moisture exceed that, a crushing and drying system is needed, but it is not workable for low calorific value waste.
