The biomass plant configuration will be different much in a different project, that depends on the material size, moisture, fiber feature, and some other actual conditions. The plant could be configurated with Grinding section, Drying section, Briquette press section, packing and stacking section, and some other sections needed. But the most simple production line maybe only includes a press section. Follows is the equipment list that may be included in different projects.
Chippers usually as the first step in the pre-treatment of large size biomass waste, as most of the biomass waste is too large to crushed into small size directly, such as tree roots, straw bales, bagasse bales, and large-diameter waste wood, etc.
The multi-function high effective crusher is applied very widely in the biomass re-crushing section for its high capacity and super low maintenance cost. It has a wide range of applications in crushing biomass waste material, including nearly all kinds of wood chips and most kinds of crop straw. The final material size can be adjusted as plant needed, we developed 4 models and the output ranges from 1-5tph.
Drum type dryer is widely applied in the drying section of the project we complicated because of its low maintenance cost and high capacity. Based on the user’s local fuel provided, the plant could be designed in full-automatic temperature control. The heating mode could be diesel burner, gasoline burner, natural gas burner, and ordinary hot air stove.
The briquetting machine is the most crucial section in the briquette processing plant. After more than 12 years of continuous technology improvement, our unique double forming die design successfully achieved 50% energy saving, fully automatic PLC control, and 24-hour continuous running. The split mode forming die design also meets the lowest requirements for the quick-wear parts.
This is an optional section in the plant. It’s for automatic packing and stacking, and better for the market which labor cost in higher level.
